Corrections Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
At RealInfoPoint, accuracy and trust are at the heart of everything we publish. Despite our careful research and review process, errors can occasionally occur. This Corrections Policy explains how we identify, handle and disclose corrections.
Our Commitment to Accuracy
We strive to ensure that all information on realinfopoint.com is accurate, current and fair. When we learn that we have published something inaccurate, incomplete or misleading, we act promptly to correct it and to be transparent about the change.
How to Report an Error
If you believe an article contains a factual error, please let us know. Email contact@realinfopoint.com with the subject line “Correction” and include:
- The URL (web address) of the page in question.
- The specific statement you believe is incorrect.
- The correct information, and a reliable source if available.
How We Handle Corrections
- Review: Our editorial team verifies the reported issue against reliable sources.
- Correction: If an error is confirmed, we update the content as quickly as reasonably possible.
- Transparency: For significant factual corrections, we add a clear note indicating what was changed and when.
- Minor edits: Typos, formatting and small clarity edits may be made without a formal correction note.
Updates vs. Corrections
We regularly update articles to keep information current (for example, changing prices, features or availability). Updates are part of normal maintenance and are distinct from corrections, which address factual errors in previously published content.
Timeframe
We aim to review correction requests within 2–3 business days and to implement confirmed corrections promptly thereafter.
