Reporting Copyright Infringement

- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate access for users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
Removal of Content
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in a timely manner and, where appropriate, notify the relevant user.
